Board Genius can no longer access my app. How can I restore access?

If your sync stops working because you or your admin revoked Board Genius's access to your app (Jira, GitHub, Asana, etc), you can restore access by following the steps below to update the connection between Board Genius and your app. Note this is not recreating your syncs, just updating the connection between your Board Genius account and your app's account.

1. Go to add a new sync in Board Genius ➡ Add Sync

2. Select the app you want to restore access to:

3. A new tab will open where you will authorize access to your account

4. After you approve access and the tab closes, you'll be taken back to Board Genius where it will ask you for a project name. At this point you are done restoring the connection and you do not need to select a project name.

5. You should now go to your list of syncs and check that the syncs you want to use are Enabled
